This ruling seems to contradict the prior Supreme Court ruling that Biden can mandate that employees of facilities that accept medicare must be vaccinated.
Mandates are a Biden trick to get shots in bodies. Seems they’ve served their evil purpose. Fed mandate executive order is likely headed to SCOTUS.
The judge’s reasoning is sound. This should hold up on appeal.
