Emergencies Do Not Suspend the Constitution

Expand full comment

This is of course, PURE TYRANNY. A Governor does NOT have the right to abridge ANY of the Constitutional rights of the citizens. Especially the right to bear arms for self defense. And this includes defense against tyrannical governments.

The American people are waking up to this fact, and are learning that they MUST say NO to these dictatorial edicts.

Brian O'Shea writes: "I doubt Grisham even knows the role she now playing. She’s a puppet…she just can’t see the strings."

Make no mistake. New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham knows EXACTLY what she's doing. She's enforcing the totalitarian Democrat platform.

Perhaps she should change her name to "Governor Michelle Wuhan Grisham" before the next election, so the voters in New Mexico know what they're voting for before it's too late.

Paul, Michelle wants armed criminals only to run the county at large. NM been a political mess for decades with AZ and NV right behind. I'm afraid to say it's my wayward CA emigrants that arrive with their anti-common sense pagantries. The last American governor we've had was Pat Brown and he was marginal; during the 60s, if I recall. State courts will clear out Michelle's panty-based policy.

The Constitution is absolute. No exceptions. Ask Gov Newsom, who was told 5x that he could not shut down churches. The last time, he was told he can never shut down churches again.

Can they recall the NM Gov?

The anagram hidden in Operation Warp Speed.

Intelligence Operational System

The set of 11 amendments to Section V of the PREP Act produced the result that the word, vaccine, was used 111 times in this statute which has been amended-on-the-run during Covidmania. Almost looks like the US Constitution was thus amended or made amenable to extra-constitutional rule.

Consider examining the implications of the 11th Amendment of the US Constitution. And compare the PREP Act with the constitutional way to amend the US Constitution, Article V.

Another example is about the military role in Covidmania. This role is official and was explicit in the military distribution of the shots and was front and center in Trump's remarks during the presidential debates. Now, think of the term, Operation Warp Speed. Here is a vid that uncovers the anagram within that well-known phrase. https://mrpj.substack.com/p/warp-speed-ios

Was the military the only way to get this done?

Also for background, readers may want to peruse Jessica Rose's substack article on the many amendments of the PREP Act. Why has the PREP act been amended 11 times to accommodate COVID-19?

QUOTE:

Now let’s jump to the 11th amendment version of Section V. It’s far too long to post screenshots here so I leave to my readers to go to the link to read it. I would like to point out that the word ‘vaccine’ is used twice in the 1st version and… wait for it… 111 times in the 11th amendment. Seems like they had some hefty amendments, eh? Maybe they changed the definition of a vaccine 109 more times. If you simply do a quick side-by-side of the first part of the 1st and 11th versions, you’ll notice some differences right away.
