Well the Chinese are on average half a standard deviation smarter than Americans, only a few short decades ago were living in shanties and working in rice paddies and under communism have lifted themselves out of poverty to become the wealthiest country on earth by GDP. They got a head start on the US during the 8 years in which Bush took his eye off the ball while playing with his dick in his neocon wars. They're on a trajectory to surpass the US as the wealthiest country on earth on all economic measues and aspire to military dominance which they'll probably soon achieve.
