Certainly NEVER use the same email account for banking that you use on social-media, in fact don't even use the same computer. As so often if you don't delete your cookies frequently then the bank only can see what sites you visit and if your using the same email completely pidgeon-hole you in a nanosecond.

I would advise a completely different browser for banking, just use say chrome & iexplore
Then for social media, like substack use firefox or brave, and both cases delete all cookies daily.
Also if you can every time you do internet banking reset your modem to get a new IP, so that the bank can't track your IP from earlier internet usage. ( reset modem means pull the plug for power 220/110, hard reboot, just takes a few seconds ); Because all GOV&BANKS track IP's and associate your IP traffic to banking, and more so now using new money laundering laws, and of course they want to know if your visiting 'bitcoin sites' as everybody in IRS&Banking want to know if your a bitcoin f**khead;
