FYI: Don't think eating pineapple daily will provide enough bromelain to break down the spike protein. It takes over 400 pounds of pineapple crown to make a single 500mg capsule of bromelain. A 30 day supply of bromelain supplement requires the processing of over 12,000 lbs of pineapple crowns.

Same with quercetin. You'd need to eat 125 apples a day to obtain an effective dose.

Eating your veggies and an apple a day to keep the doctor away is fine, if you're healthy.

But if you've been poisoned by the Vax and your health has gone to hell in a handbag, you're gonna need to take concentrated supplements

Very true!! I got on to eating the core (yes it’s tough but edible) as well as the the good part of the pineapple about 8 years ago after I was diagnosed with a connective tissue disease called Ehlers-Danlos. It has helped my aches and pains on really intense days immensely. I don’t know how it works for clearing spikes, but I will say it works for chronic pain…and this is coming from a former opiate addict, which is how doctors initially treated me before diagnosis (3 years of oxy’s) = hell.

NAC made me sicker when I took it with Covid a year ago. I literally thought I was going to die. I was on the mend too & my sister brought me some so I could go to work sooner & I literally got sick as a dog. I am not vaccinated & did not get paxloid. Just be careful when taking supplements. Start with a very small dose & chart the dose & time taken.

Me too. Spent $50 at Goodness Me and felt noxious after 1 pill. Stopped using after that.

If you are allergic to Pineapples,or suffer from Histamine intolerance you are well advised not to take Bromelain. I learned the hard way. I felt excellent for about a week when supplementing with 500 mg of Bromelain, but then bang. My usual reaction of shortness of breath reappeared, because I had an excess amount of histamine in my system (histamine intolerance). Good thing I connected the dots right away and I am fine again. Dr. Alexander if you are reading this is there something similar to Bromelain which degrades the spike protein?

I know Bromelain made me feel great for one week until the so called *bucket* filled up with histamines again, because we, wit HIT, missing an enzyme which degrades the excess histamine from our system.
