Actually, the NY Post article only quotes Damar saying it was commotio cordis. It doesn't say his Drs are convinced that was the cause. Most likely someone told him to say that as 5th Gen Warfare is at play (5GW) and it is not allowed to mention the Jab.
He was probably told that if he wants to be allowed to play again it is better to blame freakish commotio cordis. Him saying this coincides with getting permission to play again, so the connection is obvious.
I tweeted this news on Twitter (below), and I encourage others to do the same. I am getting the attention of the medical community, who know it was very, very unlikely to be from commotio cordis.

How is it that after CPR and a short stay in the hospital he could walk out of the hospital, especially without oxygen? None of my patients could do that after a heart attack. In addition, he was dancing, cheering, and looked too normal when he was in a suite watching his teammates. Why was he in a separate suite than his parents?My patients were bruised and in pain after CPR. Also, how could he have possibly waited for his parents to come down and talk with him before being transported to the ER? None of this makes any sense in my professional opinion.
