My husband and I attempted to travel to the US from Canada by car yesterday. I am a dual citizen and my husband is a Canadian citizen. We were asked the usual questions and then the officer asked our vaccination status. I declined to answer. She said I didn't have to answer, but my husband did. We are unjabbed, so inside we were sent. The next officer explained that I can continue into the US, but my husband cannot. The officer said the US started checking jab status when Canada dropped its restrictions. So if we had traveled in a few days before they weren't asking for jab status. We live in the same house, breathe the same air in the house, share a drink from a beer bottle, and yet I am clean enough to enter the country while my husband is considered unclean to enter. I know multiple people and myself included that have been crossing without being asked that question since at least last April. This is not at all about germs and infections when this illogical behaviour is perpetrated on people. The demented president says "the pandemic is over", and yet these restrictions are still happening.
This is NOT illogical. This is indoctrination toward total control. The WEF stance is power, control, money, and eliminate those who don't comply. An old adage - life's a cinch, but by the yard, it's very hard. We are being guided into accepting total control, by the inch.

Many hospitals keep records for 5 years after the person dies (legal requirements vary from state to state). However, it's worth while to call the hospital(s?) directly and speak to someone in Medical Records.
I think microfiche was still being used. They may have a 'forgotten" basement or place for storage.
Was an autopsy done? Who did it. Were they part of the hospital or other.
Private physicians sometimes keep records longer.
Just did a bit more research. The only references I was able to find was the statement that there was only 1 "chemotherapy" for Leukemia in the 1960s. It does not specify what the drug was. But the information conflicts with NIH that stated a multi drug use in the 1960s. Virtually no note about AZT until the 80s. barely a mention of it in the 60s
