I was diagnosed with Covid Wednesday 12th Jan - strong infection in the nose - so used both saline to flush and then iodine gargling and nasal spray... it made a huge difference - thanks your post gave confidence to persist with it..

I was doing it beforehand and still got the disease. I think it comes from my baby and I have been highly exposed.

The disease is manageable at the moment. But my throat hurts a lot!!!

5 minutes later the load is low. But what happens later? Is it just transitory?

You can also use a mouthwash like Scope Outlast (and many others) that contain cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) and a ready-made 1% povidone iodine nasal spray called Immune Mist (www.immunemist.com). started doing the spray McCullough recommended on Rogan whenever i get home after im around vaxxed spreaders for any length of time during my day.

I diluted it to 0.25% and rinse my sinuses with it every couple of days. I use saline rinse 1 to 2x per day also.

I am using Betadine mouth gargle. But you can't get any more anywhere. Amazon, CVS, Walgreen's, every local pharmacy -- all out of it. By design? I ordered some povidone iodine 10% to dilute.
