FWIW - I use four or five drops of 5 percent in about ten ounces of water and simply drink it to supplement . The water amount is less important . If you find the taste of Iodine unpleasant, simply add more water.

I suggest Lugol's Iodine is a better alternative, but as Dr. Alexander cautions KNOW how to dilute appropriately .

The human body uses and needs BOTH forms.

I use XLear,which is excellent and non irritating. I also use Argentyn Silver spray in place of any other option. So far, this has worked great.

That’s why I added xylitol in my saline nasal flush.
Maybe it's simply parasites, not viruses.
Povidone + ivermectin works on parasites in sheep noses.
