I use XLear, which is excellent and non irritating. I also use Argentyn Silver spray in place of any other option. So far, this has worked great.

I keep the colloidal silver spray and liquid handy. The first aid colloidal silver gel at the tip of the nose and nostrils seems to be a great frontline defense that can be very convenient.

Tell your friend I am a fan. Used it during the Covid when all the vaxxed were coming in asymptomatic and then symptomatic, while I had to run for tests weekly to keep my job. Sprayed it up my nose and knock on wood never tested postive.

I have povodine iodine, but you gotta get the clear kind...

The clear kind? Never heard of that. Please explain. PI is typically very dark redish brown, like rust.

What did you use? Thx! I bought something Dr. Alexander recommended - must have been the Xylitol nasal spray. If I use the Xylitol do I still need to use the PI? I think that's the Betadine one? Not pleasant. I'd rather use hydrogen peroxide/diluted.

When I had surgery last year, the hospital used the dark brown povidone iodine on my nose before going under.

That’s why I added xylitol in my saline nasal flush.

Maybe it's simply parasites, not viruses.
