I know this may sound outrageous, but I think we would be better off if we just ignored all politicians wholesale. What good does it do anyway - we just waste our steam on them. They go their own way regardless and our energy is wasted because they simply don't care. They have another agenda. Fool us who think that they care about us or solutions (to problems THEY created) They've had enough time to prove themselves. Thus we could be putting that energy into brainstorming about what we can do in this situation now, sans politicians. I bet that's a new way to think. We need to open discussion about where we can go now, given that government is pernicious and does not have our interests at heart.

Dr Trozzi and the World Council for Health have been proposing an alternate to the WHO for some time. We need a people's movement set up as alternative opposition to all current government policies. Trudeau is busily planning digital ID, 15 minute cities, shut down of our natural resource industries, centralised digital currency, and to sign Canada on (with no debate) to the WHO new health regulations that turn our sovereignty over to the United Nations. This is all going on while we are being distracted by BALLOONS.
We certainly need a whole new direction and just turn our back entirely on any imposition of government of any entity that pushes itself onto us. A lot of the judges on the Ontario Court of Appeal are older. They, along with a whole cohort of Boomers currently running the world, think it is totally okay to sacrifice the health and well-being of the young to ensure they themselves have less risk of infection or reinfection
I read this story yesterday and my first thought was “what about ‘mature minor’ doctrine?” In British Columbia, where I live, a minor (at any age) can give informed consent/refusal of any medical intervention (with or without parental knowledge). So, if this was a case of 10 and 12 year old minors seeking “gender affirming” medical treatments, there’s no way a court would allow either parent to supersede those children’s decisions. The news story is clear that neither child wanted (or, presumably wants) a Covid injection, so, shouldn’t that be the end of the discussion? It would be under BC law (BC Infants Act).
What screwed up madness is it that allows minors to make decisions about "gender affirming" medical treatments at 10 YO? Depending on the province, you can't (as a minor) have a smoke, go drinking in a bar, drive a car, or vote.

Sadly the court decisions in Canada (or the majority of them I believe) demonstrate one of the most stark differences between Canada and the USA. A large and increasing number of decisions have overturned Government overreach and COVID-related infringement on the rights of US Citizens. Why not the same in Canada where most judgements seem to favour the Canadian Government's COVID positions? Whilst the USA is a Constitutional Republic, Canada is not. Our so-called Bill of Rights is designed to 'GIVE' (Noblesse Oblige?) us rights that can be taken away (notwithstanding clause is the most egregious example of this). In opposition, the US Constitution and its Bill of Rights is designed to protect and guarantee Americans' unalienable (God Given) rights from any infringement on their rights by the US Government. Our Bill of RIghts isn't worth the paper upon which it's written as we can now see, since it appears that our Judges and politicians (Remember the Freedom Convoy) routinely demonstrate disrespect for any of our rights and can imprint their politically motivated beliefs and opinions into their decisions regardless of the obvious data/science.
this ruling is a travesty of law … judge George argues that all the past incidents mentiones by judge Paratz have no relevance … Thalidomide, Tuskegee, sterilization of Inuit women, forced removal of Indigenous kids to Residential Schools????? wtf???? how is none of that relevant? how many lives were destroyed through those examples???? if there is a judge that exhibits gross lapse in judgement it’s judge George.

The father and his lawyers now have to present their case to not vaccinate the children. The pediatrician is supporting vaccination and both kids were Covid recovered. It’s just sad some parents aren’t doing their own research.
