In all wars the first victim is truth. If you come across the US DOD database you will find the mandates have decimated the armed forces through adverse events and discharges. If the Washington hawks get their way and start WW3 in Europe, they’ll be lucky to be able to field cohesive forces.

So, James Topp is clearly still on some army personnel roll, even though he's a vet, else the military Tribunal would have zero jurisdiction over him.
So what's going to happen now to James?
1. Forfeiture of his army pension.
2. Doing community service by say being forced to inject mRNA day and night into new Canadian army recruits.
3. Mounting Royal Canadian Mounted Police horses at military issued gunpoint.
4. Having syringes filled with thick maple syrup emptied daily into his urethra.
