What is happening is that agencies like CDC & NIH & FDA quietly trying to walk back and reverse garbage policies & decisions because they know the public is on to them; every action CDC took was wrong
If face masks worked, why wouldn't we keep them around for every flu season? We all know the answer but how do they expect people to not think about this...
At my doctor's office no masks have been worn in at least 1 month, but in my husband's doctor, (who has been doubled shot and boosted and just got over covid also!) He will not walk into room if you don't have a mask (he is definitely paranoid) and when I talk to the nurses and tell them you know masks are not doing anything, they agree. So, we still have ostrich head doctors, their heads are in the sand!
In Canada, at least in BC, the "mask policy" is still in place in medical offices and hospitals, etc.
Head's UP though Dr. Alexander: tomorrow is an important day for us Freedom Fighters in Canada.
It's the day that "King's" Counsel Keith Wilson argues that the case being brought forth by his client, the Honorable Brian Peckford, against the government, is not "MOOT"!! (Not by a long shot.)
After trying to read through the cdc recommendations. It does not sound to me like they are saying masking is not recommended. It very much sounds like they still recommend it very much in health care settings. I guess I’d have to see how it was worded prior to this.
Wish science would make its way to Tokyo. Common sense is leading afoul. No exaggeration here, OUTSIDE on the street most are still masked, even on their bicycles. Of 100 on a train car only 1 will be unmasked, me. It's insane.
Why retain masks even in high covid areas?

Where is the actual text in the cdc announcement that says this? Im a doc in Nj and we are STILL wearing masks in offices and more

They will change their tune soon. You will need a mask to vote.
