The children in child protective services foster homes will take in the money, neglecting and even abusing the children. On the other hand, they can be adopted by the highest bidder on the child even though they could be known predators. Some are taken in as foster children, and the parents are doing the right thing to help them get the proper education or special education that is needed so they can be productive, loving adults later in life that can have adoption completed.
