Last but certainly not least is, Obama will not walk away. He’s in it to win it. Unless the complete rebuild from bottom up occurs, holdovers are likely to continue, flashing the signs, so to speak.
I believe eliminating every rotten last one of these, Obama bureaucrats would mean an entirely new, Trump / Vance aligned appointees.
