Get an industrial spray painting respirator with replaceable N95 pre filters. Much easier to breath out of than a dust mask. Visit vaxed friends outside and work from home if you can. Ivermectin if you can get it (I can’t) is definitely worth a look. I would like to know if this shedding reduces in time so we can wait this one out.
