Doctors get the journals and they go to medical education conferences where they are enlightened by the latest data , then some are tested on the education and must pass a certain number of credit hours. Like 40-50 hours of Education per 2 years. But like every profession there are the good ones, the mediocre and the bad ones, just like plumbers, electricians, waitresses/waiters. Find a good one. Hint: if they were kicked out of a hospital during Covid for trying to help patients instead of the hospitals slush fund, they are a good one. First question to ask them when you interview them for the job.

Cheers

Most get the medical journals and read the conclusion without reading the studies.
