Where can we see and verify this allegation? the only reason for grounding a drone
is a bad lithium battery, or a malfunctioning receiver or transmitter- The US Army
operates drones from Tampa- as far out as the far east ( relayed on sattelite )but they
all function under the same principals --grounded one minute before the shooting will almost guarantee that this was a conspiracy , well planned down to the minute
They had a drone, it was disabled and grounded 1 min before shooting.
