Stanly, every time I despair over how compliant and sheep like ( but with a capacity to turn nasty, if instructed to do so) most people have been during this tyranny, I remind myself of people like these two fellas, or Peter McCullough, or Alex Berenson, or Sunetra Gupta or the thousands upon thousands (millions) of us who have stood up against it and have not complied. I am an American Citizen living as a Permanent Resident of Canada in a border town since 1987. I have not crossed the border since March 13, 2020. I can cross into the USA unvaccinated as the USA did not put a vaccine mandate on its citizens, but have not crossed because Canada requires a 14-day quarantine upon return and that will not work with employment. I can not get 14 days off in a row.
I’ve missed births, deaths, and holidays. Living in a border town used to mean running over the border without any hassle. When my daughters were younger, I used to drive them to school daily in the USA. It was a normal occurrence to drive to Buffalo to go to a family gathering or have family over to Canada to swim in the pool. That all ended.
I was close to my nephews growing up and now three of them have children of their own that I don’t even know. My niece has children I’ve never laid eyes on. I have best friends from grade school that I haven’t seen since 2019. No longer can we go out for dinner and catch up as border mandates prohibit free travel. I lost a big part of my life. I no longer can visit the city I grew up in. It’s like being a prisoner behind a locked border.

I've looked at the Canadian government's .pdf Passport application, and a dozen websites as well, with regard to current "requirements" for obtaining a new Canadian passport.
Nothing in the rules has changed, as far as I can see.
There's no new "vaccine" or "vaccination status" questions to respond to, when completing paperwork. Just the usual questions, 2 identical photos, 2 guarantors, etc...
It's now extremely simple to "renew" a passport, using an expired passport going as far back as 15 years.
Previously: you could only renew an expired passport if its expiry date was up to 12 months ago.
There is not a clear answer concerning the j@b status for new passeport requests for adults on Canada's site. But I am sure I read it somewhere. Mind you I never got one. Never developped a taste or purpose for travelling, so no need for it (for now!)... I did see the funny part for unjabbed Canadians returning to Canada. It's segregation.

Perhaps International law should superscede national ones when it comes to human rights. The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the Nuremberg Code, for example. Also, if pestilence profiteers are taking advantage of emergency authorization, what's to stop them from causing more emergencies to peddle more government sponsored products forced onto the citizenry without any liability? Emergency powers have also given way to tyranny in systems of governance in many states and nations. I can cross into the USA unvaccinated as the USA did not put a vaccine mandate on its citizens, but have not crossed because Canada requires a 14-day quarantine upon return and that will not work with employment. I can not get 14 days off in a row.
I’ve missed births, deaths, and holidays. Living in a border town used to mean running over the border without any hassle. When my daughters were younger, I used to drive them to school daily in the USA. It was a normal occurrence to drive to Buffalo to go to a family gathering or have family over to Canada to swim in the pool. That all ended.
I was close to my nephews growing up and now three of them have children of their own that I don’t even know. My niece has children I’ve never laid eyes on. I have best friends from grade school that I haven’t seen since 2019. No longer can we go out for dinner and catch up as border mandates prohibit free travel. I lost a big part of my life. I no longer can visit the city I grew up in. It’s like being a prisoner behind a locked border.
I pretend I died. I’ve been ridiculed by many on social media who say just take the shot. I can’t do it. I’ve seen what ugly can be. I try not to be consumed by hate as their cruelty knows no bounds. I tell myself this is all temporary and have faith I will see my mother, sister, and brother in heaven one day as well as their families. The tears fall but I stuff them down.

stay strong Chris - I live in italy which was pretty bad too - we were excluded from most things, including even the Post office, the bank, the tax office etc etc. Made to feel like scum. I feel very emotional at the moment and I think it's a delayed build up of all this crap. My family in the UK all had the shot. I just don't understand how they couldn't see it for the lie that it is. Anyway all that aside , some of the things that have kept me sane are: meeting like minded people on substack/U Tube/ twitter , following amazing Doctors (Malone/McCullough/Lawrie/Alexander /Bridle and many more) and also the hilarious Russell Brand with his daily podcast on U tube. I am still reluctant to feel optimism, but I think we must feel that a lot of people are waking up to the greatest con in the history of our modern generation. Please, whatever you do in the future, do NOT take this shot. Stay strong and stay free. 🙏

This said, Can anyone tell me now ( really want to know) : Can an unvaxxed Canadian apply for a new Canadian passport? (it wasn't the case before June). Also, are unvaxxed Canadians still mandated to quarantine upon returning to Canada (or to provide a negative test) compared to any other vaxxed Canadian? I'm not sure how we stand for children also. Yes, unvaxxed Canadians are required to test & quarantine and then re-test, upon re-entry to Canada.
Solution: exit Canada. Don't come back.

They can't keep you if they're not legally detaining you (must have reason to detain), and you're under no obligation whatsoever to talk to the public health moron. No quarantine requirement. No requirement to give any information at all (it was all given in order to have a passport). And they can write all the fines they want. Accept them, write in 'not guilty', and don't pay. They're all thrown out of court.

I think he woke up like did a lot of folks when the Canadian Trucker event occured. We realized our weakness, perhaps our naivete... I had been keen about stuff before the plandemic started. But I had not realized how fast and wicked things could unfold (as they did), and I did not expect the propaganda/brainwash and concealment to be so perfected in such a relatively short time. Their "looser mandates" (wait a minute... nothing has changed really...) are still cruelty to defenrenciate Canadians like this. It's still segregation that is not even based on science. Shocking! I've looked at the Canadian government's .pdf Passport application, and a dozen websites as well, with regard to current "requirements" for obtaining a new Canadian passport.
Nothing in the rules has changed, as far as I can see.
There's no new "vaccine" or "vaccination status" questions to respond to, when completing paperwork. Just the usual questions, 2 identical photos, 2 guarantors, etc...
It's now extremely simple to "renew" a passport, using an expired passport going as far back as 15 years.
Previously: you could only renew an expired passport if its expiry date was up to 12 months ago.

There is not a clear answer concerning the j@b status for new passeport requests for adults on Canada's site. But I am sure I read it somewhere. Mind you I never got one. Never developped a taste or purpose for travelling, so no need for it (for now!)... I did see the funny part for unjabbed Canadians returning to Canada. It's segregation.

And here's the real kicker to all this: There is a September hearing scheduled at which the gov of Canada lawyers hope to convince the judge to dismiss the travel mandate suit against them on the basis that it suit is now moot bc the travel mandate was lifted. Should the judge be complicit and agree, the trial where this all comes out on the record scheduled to begin Oct 31, is cancelled.
Perhaps International law should superscede national ones when it comes to human rights. The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the Nuremberg Code, for example. Also, if pestilence profiteers are taking advantage of emergency authorization, what's to stop them from causing more emergencies to peddle more government sponsored products forced onto the citizenry without any liability? Emergency powers have also given way to tyranny in systems of governance in many states and nations. As such, it is in all our best interest to reconsider authoritarian social systems in general and deligitimize the right to rule post haste. It's also time to start decentralized non-profit health and science cooperatives to circumvent the wanton destruction of our institutions due to the greed of pestilence profiteering.

We as a species have always needed smaller scale sovereign nation states, we do better at smaller less centralized governments.
As a libertarian, in principle I agree, but as the reality stands today, that ideal doesn't yet exist, but the ICCPR does and Canada signed and ratified it so they have a legal obligation to honor it. Although it seems many governments are using emergencies to circumvent standard humanitarian laws, so it's up to the justice arena to address the failings with what we have to work with.
