Why does it seem I'm the only one to notice the key lroblem: the judges are BIASED IN FAVOR OF PANDEMIC MANDATES AND ARE ACTIVELY ENFORCING THEM IN THEIR COURTROOMS UNDER THE GUISE OF "DISCRETION!" Violating the people's right to bodily autonomy & informed medical consent.
Lawyers refuse to take on their bosses, their superiors.
Judges must be held accountable FIRST before we entrust them with our Pandemic complaints!
For example, I was denied entry to the courthouse for my own hearing for my motion to dismiss for a bogus criminal charge of TRESPASSING bec I asked for a mask exemption granted by the governor.
I later got all bogus charges dismissed. Without the help of a lawyer. But I was never allowed to enter the public courthouse for my own court business!
No amnesty for those who turn state’s evidence…maybe not death but severe financial and very long prison sentences. I don’t care if it’s easier to get them to talk. The evidence is there are millions of dead and injured.
