My son’s US college is forcing him to get boosted on Monday or get “punished”, whatever that means. They will not recognize that he has natural immunity even though he had and recovered ftom covid 2 weeks ago! I am absolutely livid. I contacted them over a week ago asking why they don’t recognize natural immunity. Canadians can fly to US without testing if they had Covid less than 90 days previously. College finally got back to me late this afternoon, a Friday, suggesting we could get a Dr to write a letter of exemption. It’s too late to find a doctor now, the hubris of these people!
A way in which the presentation of data can be made to appear to show benefit for severity is by omitting data on non covid hospitalizations and death . If there are more hospitalizations of vaccinated people in general over non vaccinated is what we really want to know . But this data does not show this . It lacks context to the total . Instead we can only look at all hospitalizations and death numbers and extract these data , but will not know what proportion of that data is vaxxed or not . And that is highly relevant information
We really should bring more attention to how they fail to present the data of that big drop zone of double vaxxed. I have some pics of the tables and noted that they only compare unvaxxed to 3 rd dose . And we all know that is only after 14 days . So where do all the events go that are not in the post 14 day window ?
Joel Smalley has proven that they put the recently jabbed (within 14 days) to the previous jab cohort. And as such persons are the most vulnerable/infected, that skews the data downhill. SO, correct for that in your mind, if you can.
