that an infected child did not transmit the disease despite close interactions within schools suggested limited (near 0) transmission in children. Danis et al. showed us ealy children DID NOT spread
The paper fails to mention the number of cycles of the RT-PCR tests. The summary does not provide enough information to allow the reader to accept the conclusion of the authors that having a viral load, on the part of the asymptomatic positive case, as determined from the RT-PCR, similar to the symptomatic case viral load, supports the possibility of asymptomatic transmission.
In my opinion (bourn out by personal experience). Covid only became really nasty once everyone had had a vaccine OR been shedded on by the vaccinated.
Example - my son in March 2020, caught it in school (bit of a cold, tired then 3 months loss of sense of smell). We were locked down at home with him, no other family member caught it.
18 months later, and (all unvaccinated) my family had been thoroughly shedded on by friends, work colleagues and family, we all caught "delta" at the same time and were knocked for six by it. Interestingly, my son had immunity to it and it didn't touch him again.
Antibody dependent enhancement via the exosome mrna route?
Apparently the immune system of French enfants isn't terrible?
Assi what you did there.
