I concur, it has been autophagy ( 72 hr fasting min) NAC, Turmeric, lots of bare chested sun and fun. Although i found improvement i still have chest pains, calf pain . Getting checked for clots and myocarditis. Having a war with GP to get a cardiac MRI to verify the myocarditis
