I have found out that "officially" (in Canada), they count 0-14 after 1st jab as unvaccinated. That may be a lot of cases as the immune system is floored during this period. But unofficially, they may do the same after 2nd jab, and 3rd, who knows? As they want so badly to show the unvaccinated in the worst possible light. All bets are off at this point.
Same in Canada. "Unvaccinated"? How "unvaccinated" are they really? 0-14 days post 1st, 2nd or 3rd jabs? That is what I suspect.
