I don't think Dr. Alexander was paying attention to politics back then, he should really stay in his lane and write about medical issues - his area of expertise. Judging by some of the political rants of his that I've read, he's not well versed in our corrupt political system. What's really curious? It was Volkswagen that sued. Not Senator Kennedy. I was 10 at the time, didn't learn of Chappaquidick until years later. You read of things like the death of Mary Jo Kopechne.. how could this happen? How could Edward have driven off that bridge with a passenger in his car, didn't attempt to rescue her, never mind how drunk he allegedly was? How could he show up disoriented at a police station hours later? This story doesn't wash.
