Now that's an awesome move,so important to be able to protect yourself and your loved ones and the criminal to know that we're ready to defend ourselves, they'll be a lot less crime.

I compare this, to the madness that is Canada. Late 1960s when I was growing up, firearms were almost as freely available as in America. I remember going into any hardware store, even a department store like Canadian Tire, the rifles and shotguns would be in a rack in the middle of the aisle, they weren't chained down, as a 9 year-old boy I could play with them, no-one minded... And yet, for some strange reason, there was nothing like the issue with "gun violence" America seemed to suffer from.. That all began to change with Trudeau "pere" (we all know who your real daddy is Justin) and his "Firearms Acquisition Certificate" nonsense and the encroachment began..

And now? The Police can enter your home at any time of the day or night without a warrant and seize your guns, on the basis of nothing more than an anonymous tip. If you're the target of a home invasion and you shoot? Well.. You're the one facing criminal charges, not the criminals whose aim it is to deprive you of your goods and possibly your life!

Except if you followed the law you couldn't shoot anyway, because your guns must be locked up at all times and in a state where they can't be used.

What the Hell kind of "democracy" is this?

Has any of this interfering nanny state lunacy impinged on criminals or gun violence? Of course it hasn't.

Do you understand how dangerous this is? That means all the illegals (even those chinese) and EVERYONE who really shouldn't posses one can have one without permits. I'm all for the 2nd amendment but without any guidelines for safety this is a very scary and dangerous bill to allow. Training is also very valuable.

It's my understanding that states with public conceal, carry firearms is allowed there is FEWER violence and crime simply because the bad guys know the victim might shoot back.

It seems to me...as I look at global events...including Ottawa two winters ago....the police side with the criminals, not the people.

France....Netherlands...NZ...Australia, Germany, Austria, England, USA, Davos.

Help me out a bit.

Where...on which planet, are the police

not defending the criminals?

Give me some clues so I can guess?

Everyone should carry, if they did the government wouldn't get away with the mass shootings they sponsor. At least not as high body count.

I did not get to read this yet, but I was told elements of the law make Florida a stop and frisk state.

Should be nationwide. Hard to know when traveling from state to state who allows what.

We here in Florida are trying to petition our legislators to tweak the constitutional carry to open carry.

They have been building towards 15 minute cities for years. It’s disgusting what’s happening.
