Malone's tweets are hardly professional...even when he has a beef with someone.

More like a snarky teenage girl.

Dr. Malone is very suspiciously on the defense. Is this preemptive work for a future defense he may need. 🧐

Great article. This out more detail into the actual suit and has helped me understand the opposing sides better. The scriptures speak about Satan and his pride. Proverbs 16:18 “Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall.” Happy pride month y’all!

Dr. Robert Malone continues to seek credit for mRNA while denying culpability for its legacies. That he is now leveraging an increasingly compromised judicial system to silence his critics is as cowardly as the hit-and-run crybabies occasioned herein (and of similar genesis). Worse still? It will probably work. Hell, go back and compare earlier salvos herein and their cautiously couched successors. As Diana West notes, where is the spirited debate that has been absent from Day One? The opportunity to critically examine homicidal decisions made; to disclose the entirety of continued crimes-in-progress; to candidly address possible prophylactics, therapeutics, and cures for the future? I strongly suspect that the primary inhibitors are societal cowardice and "educated into imbecility" ignorance.

Diana West has a long history of being a fantastic journalist, scholar, and commentator who's all about challenging the Left and other idiocies in politics and society.

I've not followed the Malone drama closely, but if she is weighing in she's more than likely on the right track.

Malone acts like a living limited hangout. It's so obvious now to anyone reasonable. Maybe he got wind that there will be lawsuits coming against him from somewhere? He wants the accolades, but not the responsibility or accountability to what he has done in his career. He played in the viper pit. He enjoyed the bounty it brought him. Now he goes "Alinsky", accusing others of what he has done. Isolate his critics. Guess he has time to read Saul's missives on his horsey utopia.

There are so many questions re. what Malone's real function is, and given how he's crowed on The Joe Rogan Show about his decades long history working with the CIA, virtually everything he does and says is suspect. And, especially that, as West pointed out, he's NEVER apologized for the deadly mRNA bioweapon, NEVER called for these injections (and now, being worked into food!) to be stopped (that I know of), and NEVER even tried to find ways for folks to detox or eliminate this shite from their bodies and heal. So, I believe his lawsuits are lawfare - quite possible originating from his CIA handlers - against real truth tellers, real physicians and others working to heal humanity, to silence, squelch, continue the status quo of iatrocide (death by your own government).

Thanks for this. I was uninformed. Dr Malone is in deep doodoo, and rightly hand-wringing about his chances of prevailing in this ill advised action. It won't fly. Hate it those he's suing have to go through the bother, but he'll be the loser.

IMHO there will be no defending the creation and deployment of this nano-technological trans-human software.

Fortunately for humanity, the bomb was so fantastically catastrophic in application no one has had the desire and ability to destroy virtually all planetary life with it (a total exchange-MAD), and the rifle can only kill in intimate local confines.

Horrifically, however, Malone's invention - if in fact it is his - as it has been and is being deployed is having the effect of not terminating (immediately) all life (biology) as we know it, rather, changing it to something nature has not envisioned and that very likely is not viable long term in this biosphere.

I think it will become inarguable this nanotechnology is fatally toxic to terrestrial biology and if it's application was left unabated it could very well end life as it now exists here.

Looks as if the question "Should we do it?" if asked, was answered wrong.

Yes it has a lot to do with his pride for sure. it sounds like from this that there is no defamation. Just free speech. He’s just angry because he got the jab or at least he says he did.

Diane's article is simply another hit piece. It changes nothing other than serving to further polarize the issue, certainly not to discuss things as adults. That quote must be a joke.

An adult doesn't snip a couple words here in there in quotes and draw their own conclusions.
