Free Speech, apparently, is only allowed if it doesn’t offend delicate sensibilities.....which kind of defeats the purpose.

Is that a quote from President Trump in his defamation suit against E.Jean Carroll? He shouldn't be allowed to sue her? She should be free to defame him in the name of free speech? Weird how Democrats, prone to the logical fallacy of special pleading, suddenly champion defamation when they're the ones being sued. I guess Mark Skidmore should drop his defamation lawsuit against BMC Infectious Diseases for injuring his reputation when they unreasonably retracted his paper proving that the Malone, Weissman and Kariko et al. mRNA technology based fraud shots had killed nearly a million Americans. How dare Skidmore challenge the defamatory imputations!

At best Malone comes across as a thin-skinned bully. And either he, or his legal team, does shoddy work in not being able to quote the Breggins accurately, or his actions appear to support the deep state actors. I still get his substack, but there is never anything groundbreaking in it. A lot of repackaged thought lines, imo. One plus out of the last three years is many "leopards" have shown their spots. And if you follow Karen Kingston, to see all the info she has uncovered, and then made "layman accessible " on her writing, it is telling that some of the "freedom" posers won't go near the heart of the issue. A lot of middle-of-the-roaders don't want to risk their new gravy trains...

Malone didn’t step out as a hero, as he thinks himself important. He stepped out telling of his damage from taking the mRNA shots??? Then proceeds to fly around the world for?????? Not to help the world. In the back of my nothing mind I think he wanted to make himself known for a spot in an “administration”. Buyer beware. Just my nobody intuition. God bless you all! Do not trust anyone who wants to inject you. God made the perfect computer. Trust Him. Not those wanting to be a god. Transhumanism.

On censorship in general and its chilling effects ...

A (real) journalist for The Washington Stand wrote a great summary of RFK Jr.’s remarks at the Congressional Hearing on Government Censorship. This is the hearing where 102 Democrats tried to prevent RFK, Jr. from speaking.

It’s a quick read that highlight’s Kennedy’s excellent remarks. I added a few of my own thoughts. This move will no doubt boomerang on the Censorship Industrial Complex. What those censors really did was throw ‘B’rer Rabbit into the briar patch.

Most notions of intellectual integrity have long been ceded to the globalists who now control every imaginable narrative. Does that stranglehold on every incarnation of formal and informal societal influence not find any display of intellectual and ethical sovereignty fraught with peril? Does one really believe that when admittedly anti-cop jurors are allowed to find clearly culpable defendants not guilty on charges of attempting to kill officers that the Soros sponsored district attorney offices and defense are not working in de facto hand-in-hand collaborative efforts? And when the micro-aggressions of conservatives get so visibly bitch-slapped while the scorched earth practices of the left enjoy complete immunity, might such precedents find others hesitant to call the Emperor's wardrobe for what it is? Might Malone not achieve through intimidation what he would probably garner through litigation?

Yeah, the incredulous question marks are there, but rest assured they’re rhetoricals.

You already know the answer.

So, yeah, I can see people getting gun shy about calling Malone out on his BS.

Fortunately, I enjoy so little subsidy.

Dr. Malone is anti free speech? Well, that’s not how America is supposed to work. Shame on him.

I never trusted Robert Malone. He has "dead eyes" and an agenda. I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out that he was/is controlled opposition all along. Thank you, Dr Paul for all you're doing to wake people up to the fact that "they" are trying to rid the world of at least half of us. What's sad is their "Kalergi plan" is working from the open borders for racial miscegenation and the new transhumanist agenda put forth by Klaus Schwab, Harari et al. This is the end game. If people don't wake up soon, they will wake up dead/replaced. That's the bottom line. God Bless You, Dr Paul.

I don't think Malone is controlled oppo; however his lawsuits have turned me off.

I will not renew my Paid subscription to his stack even though he occasionally contributes worthwhile stuff . His farm fluff is just annoying at this point.

Alexander is just as annoying with his unapologetic and unreasonable championship of Trump who, though he possesses really great attributes , nonetheless IMO screwed up in history's biggest possible way with how handled the covid response ; and yet he still brags he saved the life of each and everyone of us !

And likewise I will not renew the Alexander Paid subscription even though. if you have the time to delete most of his useless stacks, he sometimes coughs up a few worthwhile nuggets .

That's a lot about you. I doubt anyone is curious, as far as that goes.

His response tells all does it not? The published papers from 2009 to 2018 all showed the progress science made in creating novel Disease Vestors and how this would lead to the new approach to treatment for those who allowed permanent genetic mutation of their own DNA. They stated each person would need genetic profiling to make it work. This flies in the face of no genetic testing before they jabbed everyone the same way with the novel insilico disease vector to change the DNA of all, ot kill them in the testing phase world wide. They are still moving forward with the new jabs-the micro needle array patch, being prepared as we speak. There is much more here by their own papers that prove it is a Bioweapon done with purpose and experimental data gathering for the few left surviving the tranhuman goals. There will be left the serf class to serve the few on top of this anathema committed against the species. Why you ask? You can not separate the spiritual meaning of it all from the physical as Anthony Patch would say. Congress can not right the damage done to man kind. No man can if there are any left to be called such soon. The scope of what is being done while we discuss this genocide of our species is the problem at hand. This is the real discussion to have. For more in that kind of discussion see AnthonyPatch.com and play catch up if you can. Time may be shorter than we know.

This was an awesome piece of “art” by Ms. West. She is a star! Her [sic], (used twice while quoting) made me LOL. “Someone” she writes about not only can’t write correctly, but is also unable to understand context and infer. It’s all so sad, but for the sued and deceased tragic.

The only person damaging Robert Malone's reputation, is Robert Malone.

To an outsider this just looks petty and frivolous.

He can't deny he has a long history with ties to the military industrial complex. That much is true.

Breggin was just making the point that "why subscribe to mass formation psychosis, that which can clearly be ascribed to malice" (or more accurately, to an ACTUAL conspiracy at the highest levels of Government).

More and more Robert Malone is looking like an inserted gatekeeper, and this lawsuit just adds credence to that theory.

Thanks for sharing this article Dr. Alexander. Makes perfect sense to me after some critical thinking. Sharing commentary isn’t an attack on Malone as suggested by some.

Dr. Alexander, with all due respect, you stated quite plainly and clearly you were going to step back, lay off of Malone, and do your part. That is not what I am witnessing. I am a retired Professional Fire Fighter, 15 years on the front line. Over 300 high risk calls the last year I worked (I was seriously injured in an MVA, which ended my career), and I've learned something about men who put their lives on the line. They value their reputation. The thing that cements men together in respect of one another is the keeping of your word, and never do wrong to a brother. Re-posting Diana West's article critical of Malone is 'commenting' whether you allow it or not. Dr. Malone is obviously not against us, even though some of his work has been used by the Deep State to do us harm. I would suggest that U.S. Health and Human Services has done us harm in some way, via the Deep State. Does that make everyone who worked in the past for HHS a miscreant? No, it does not. Was Nobel a criminal for his invention of dynamite? NO. Do criminals misuse dynamite? Yes. Does the Deep State misuse the law to do us harm? Yes. Is Dr. Malone intent on doing us harm? I think not. Dr. Malone obviously feels a need to protect his reputation from some who choose to malign his good name, and his motives. (I believe he no longer supports the use of mRNA technology, and has warned against the use of it.) I therefore conclude that protecting his own reputation involves some options...one the old fashioned way, which is not legal, or use the courts. I too have had experience with certain individuals who would persist in harming me and my reputation, and have had to resort to using the courts for closure, to get them to go away, cease and desist. Cloaking harmful talk against someone's reputation and motivations as "free speech" does not meet the 'understanding between men', and certainly would not 'cut the mustard' with the men I have had privilege to be counted among. It certainly is notable, that men with extraordinary skill sets must endure someone "badmouthing" them and ask relief from the courts, instead of just punching them in the mouth or worse, as was done in 'the old days'. Those who persist in badmouthing Malone under the guise of "free speech" should examine their own character, rethink their own foundational principals, and stop pretending they are protecting the 1st Amendment by constantly mischaracterizing Dr. Robert Malone and his motives. Dr. Alexander, you are a talented individual, with great instincts and values. I continue to follow your work daily, and am appreciative of all you do. Please, heed my advice. It is fundamentally wrong to attack Malone.

So action to hopefully lesson the desire of some to defame others is a bad thing? Because that is all that the words ‘chilling effect’ mean in the context that Robert Malone wrote them. Nothing to do with limiting free speech but rather moderating speech to reduce defamatory speech. I don’t know who Diana West is but plainly she is adept at taking language out of context and then use it to attack. That is what Leftist politicians do all the time. No one should be be giving a boost to Leftist tactics.

Diana West is an author, not a politician.

And Malone courted fame and recognition. Critique comes with it, like it or not.

Malone doesn't like the fact that despite publishing a paper on ResearchGate in January 2020, with MIT researcher Darrell O. Ricke as the first author in which the two concluded that all COVID-19 vaccines, including mRNA, were too deadly to be given *even experimentally* to humans - someone has questioned why he sat back while millions were forced to take something so dangerous, and never said a word.

That's not defamation - that's just asking a very relevant question which he is now not comfortable answering.

We may not like what some have to say, or the questions they ask, but they have every right to ask them.

We must start adding up these killers numbers. Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, ....

But, before we do, let us consider how many the vaccine has taken or will take.

They're gonna give Malaria a run for its money.
