In the book, Chomsky and Herman show us very clearly what the "mainstream media" is, and what their main function is. Hint: it's not to inform us. It's to lie to us, manipulate us, protect the "establishment", and make sure we remain good little consumers of the products that the corporations who own the "mainstream media" produce. The MSM is utterly empathic and understanding, trying to imagine what the parents were going through when the shooter was at large, and though they are running a script in part, in part they seem to feel that sympathy, and rightly so. Tragic and terrible and traumatizing, but imagine if every time someone died suddenly from the vaccine was treated the same way in the media??? Pfizer or Moderna or Astra Zeneca or the DOD-Unissant-Deep State-Darpa -Mr. Global has shot another young person down before they had a chance to live? If we treated big pharma and the military pharmeceutical complex like an insane radicalized school shooter? And the media covered it that way?
