Nobel Prize Laureate PhD Dr Kary Banks Mullis dies at 74 in Southern California where he was still surfing two months before a High Level Plandemic Exercise called Event 201 was held in NYC by the Bill and Belinda Gates Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation and John's Hopkins in Oct 2019 just four months before the global Plandemic starts in Wuhan in Dec 2019.
Karen Kingston has done a particularly solid job of explaining the process and specific rationale for the use of the cationic LNPs to facilitate entry of mRNA into cells of recipients of such technology (and of pointing out Dr. Malone's involvement in the development of that method/technology). Many here may already be familiar with her ongoing work in this regard, it has been exceptional imho.
They have known that LNPs could be used to produce proteins of interest in just about any cell type for 34 years.
The last sentence of the paper (unpublished observations) means they also knew it would work in-vivo. "TheRNA/lipofectin method can be used to directly introduce RNA into whole tissues and embryos (R.W.M., C. Holt, and I.M.V., unpublished results),raising the possibility that liposome-mediated mRNA transfection might offer yet another option in the growing technology of eukaryotic gene delivery, one based on the concept of using RNA as a drug."
So, what are you saying Paul, is Malone to be mRNA Frankenstein inside man, who's now playing the fake altruistic father figure to the injected injured and dead?
This line is interesting: "However, one limitation of the lipofectin procedure is the toxicity associated with the positively charged lipids. For this reason it is prudent to establish the optimal RNA-to-lipofectin ratio for the desired cell type."

BioNTech founders acknowledged Malone in their 2014 paper outlining their plans to make mRNA LNP jabs.

Cationic lipids is the terminology that was used in the 80's and 90's to describe what is now referred to as lipid nanoparticles.
