Paul, I know Henderson's your mentor, but be advised that smallpox was beaten before vaccinations arrived; pharmas sorted out early on, after city managers understood that city health problems were founded upon rotten sanitation combined with the constant flow of ignorant immigration parasites, (and that's linked to the top power cabals, but no time for getting into that subject now), that if they fail to control the mindsets of Americans, profit reduction was coming. If the healthy and sick are not quarantined at home, they've built concentration camps/facilities anyways for anyone testing positive with any device they want, for any illness they wish.
Germ sceptics who believe it's not necessary to keep raw chicken separate from cooked vegetables or to wash their hands before preparing food for others after wiping their butts should be the only people required to quarantine with the ill.
