For ethical medical professionals who practice here in California, I propose that we develop a "safe" phrase so that intelligent patients can "catch the drift." The phrase I propose is this: "Under the current laws of the State of California, I am directed to tell you the following...."
Such a phrase will tip off patients that the info that follows can/should be ignored. It will serve as an alert to the patient that they need to seek medical advice outside the state due to the legal threats made against their doctor.
Where to get such advice? There are places. I will not list them here, but I will mention an essential one: FLCCC Alliance.

I think when a doctor is confronted with a patient with questions, he should refer said patient to the Governor.
