Hotez created a SARS CoV-1 vax in 2016 but he couldn't get $3 million to fund human trials. Gates' 2015 TedTalk warned of a pandemic and how we needed to be prepared. When SARS CoV-2 broke out last year, Hotez still couldn't get funds to test his vax that was sitting in a freezer. Why didn't the NIH/NIAID, the WHO, Gates, et al. fund the human trials? We know why. This plandemic was never about saving lives.
