Need to post on an activity pub based instance and bring your followers. This could be an instance using Mastodon, Pleroma, etc. You can set up your own federated server or get an account on an existing server. In you only use Twitter to fight the lies then they just take away your Twitter account and silence... Then the liars continue unchallenged.
Dr Wolf is smart, genuine and she has done so much to inform the public with facts. Alex Berenson is someone I don't really understand . Did he research Dr. Wolf's work before speaking out against her? He can talk about his disagreement with her work, but ad hominem attacks, especially when we are so very vulnerable to being attacked by MSM does not fit the image he's trying to portray. He's like a child that once was popular and wants to go back to being popular no matter what he needs to say. He needs to communicate with Dr. Wolf and giver her an explanation.
