But, this will not end with a whimper and life will never return as it was. Trials are an uplifting idea, but we will need real prosecutors and folks that think like Ed Dowd to think through the charges and penalties for murder and accessory to it. Personally, I also like the legal concept of “depraved heart” that has been used by prosecutors. I think we will move to a shrinking group of those who can claim mass formation psychosis. This summarizes my feelings as well. I was ostracized, bullied, made to think I was crazy and stupid by friends, family, and coworkers.
