The International Health Regulations require that all members have health system capacities to detect, assess and respond to dangerous public health emergencies, and that they notify the WHO of emergencies that may be of international concern. The agreement is legally binding, meaning the member states must report these events.” 1
The IHR is being weaponized to turn the WHO into a global tyranny:
1. The WHO’s Director-General becomes a tyrant, granted the power to declare a PHEIC (Public Health Emergency of International Concern) without any restrain and without any explanation. No member state can object it, not even based on science. No member state can fire him, until his mandate is over!
2. All WHO published recommendations become mandatory, legally binding. They don’t even need to be signed by anyone in particular, just published on the website. No one is responsible.
3. WHO will granted the power to be the only institution on the planet with the power to define what is truth and censor what it irrationally defined as mal/mis/dis/information in all matters, not just health, considering the re-definition of health to encompass even climate change, gender ideology, equality, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights.
Coined by EcoHealth Alliance (responsible for the lab creation of COVID19), “One Health”2, places everything under a single umbrella: bio health (human, animal, plant and environment health), food, agriculture, land use, travel, housing, communications, economics, civil society, global trade and commerce, etc.
4. There’s no legal procedure to claim against an unfair decision, least a court. Article 3 was crossed out: “Full respect for the dignity of human rights and fundamental freedoms of persons”. Is it still crossed out? Even if they put it back, there’s no procedure to protect against violations of human rights and tyrannical irrational decisions, which could arise from the powers given, mentioned above.
There’s no required transparency (e.g. open data, detailed testing methodology, etc.).
There’s no mechanism of control and correction.
Nations, least States/Provinces, have no power against tyrannical decisions.
National Constitutions become toilet tissue under a supra-national government where there is no democratic vote, no republicanism, no separation of power, no checks and balances.
Rule of law will be replaced by rule of emergencies.

Every nation, has the authority to reject these amendments under Article 61 of the IHR, but any such rejection must be within 18 months of their adoption. This must be done before the end of November 2023. The changes to Article 59 of the IHR would shorten the time for future amendments to enter into force from 24 to 12 months and would shorten the period of time for rejection or reservations to be submitted from 18 to 10 months. We object to these changes. The amendments to the IHR that were adopted on 27 May 2022 have not been debated in or voted on by Congress. This is compounded by the fact that an additional 307 proposed amendments are currently being negotiated by the Working Group on Amendments to the International Health Regulations (WGIHR).
