Now that he has publicly stated neither he or his kids will be getting any more boosters including this bivalent. Would he and his loved ones now be considered unvaxxed? If he has school aged kids, would they be barred from attending, because they are not up to date? Would he be fired from his academic and other positions based on his non compliance.?

Heads above all other voting members, you knew better in the far more critical, first round of the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee's recommendation to the FDA than to recommend for EUA this mRNA platform's generally gene-deranging, immunodecimating, endovasculature-deteriorating/clot-forming actions -- among other toxic and deadly things.
Pfizer's and Moderna's earlier omitted submission to FDA of any good-faith, truly scientific pharmacokinetic and biodistribution studies, required or not for EUA, was grounds enough for urging suspension of the EUA process. (Had VRBP advisory members been in possession of this essential investigatory data of any drug or biological's R & D basic knowledge about such a new agent's own key, molecular characteristics, and those in relation to relevantly impacted bodily systems, all voting members would have learned, or been reminded, that the PEG-based lipid nanoparticle (LNP) encapsulating the delivered, trojan-horse-like mRNA, that eventually initiates the production in infected cells of more and more toxic spike proteins, distinctly facilitates penetration of the predator mRNA through the blood-brain barrier. This dreadfully deceptive and misidentified biologic design has led, in fact, to neglectfully unimagined or untold neurological mischief, to say the least -- thereby calling into most serious question Pfizer's and Moderna's claim or belief, ie the grossly negligent lie/disinformation at this critical meeting of "immunization" practice experts, that, as asserted officially by the innovators, "the delivered and spike-protein-producing mRNA persists in the body for only a very short time, and only locally at the site of injection, before being degraded and excreted as waste"; or something just as provably and detestably false. In fact, the innovators' baseless and fraudulent, official, pseudo-pharmacokinetic/biodistribution assertion could not have been further from, and indeed less reliably predictive of the empirical, clinical truth -- in effect, proving much too often toxic, injurious, and deadly to the human body and being, and its normally communicated, even its metaphysically connected, globally felt, whole spirit.
Yet you, Dr Offit, among the majority (or was it the unanimity?) of initial, voting VRBP members, didn't care enough or at all about acting so recklessly, negligently and -- because of the experimental and captive characteristics of this aspect of the WHO-led management of the so-called pandemic -- in such Joseph Mengele-like fashion by recommending the noxious solution for human use.
Atrocious, egregious, heinous; fully inconsistent with and indeed violative of the prime principle set forth in the 1947 Nuremberg Code involving human subjects and their participation in such experimental (government-unapproved, merely "emergency"-authorized) regimes and the incontrovertible need for subjects' informed consent. None of the foregoing do adequate justice in describing this awful, inimitable chapter in the history of medicine and public health. Fascistic, cavalierly, latently but deliberately humanicidal, even grotesque and ghoulish better approximate the truth in all this.
Anyway, have you come to terms yet with your moral turpitude, your gross fraud -- your most unmedical-like conduct, all probably leading to civil and very possibly criminal repercussions? Come completely clean, Dr Offit; disclose your appointed, most trusted but colossally failed part in the sham FDA/CDC/NIAID/PHS/HHS commitment to protect the public from any harm dissolved in the so-called "vaccine". And the sooner, the better, sir, for all concerned.

Almost like he’s providing a path of retreat for all of the culpable scoundrels from the CDC to the FDA to the NIH, to our entire federal govt to our astute president (hah!) to social media to--- most of all --- a genocidal media.... all the way down to the lowliest beat reporter and producer pushing this crap.
He is such a hypocrite. But I will have respect for him if he finally sees what is going on and tries to stop it. He needs to be vocal and educate people. If he’s just protecting himself and still allowing this fraud to continue, he is as corrupt as he seems. We shall see.
