It's hard to watch these disagreements occur. Is a $25 million lawsuit bad - yes. I haven't read through both sides of the argument yet. However, there may be a third party involved in the dispute.
Remember that information warfare techniques deployed by various nation states include spreading rumors, lies, etc... to force people to turn against each other. Did this whole mess start because of an outside entity pushing the jabs is sowing division among us?

I was enlightened about Dr. Malone when I listened to Dr. Breggin's story about being sued by Dr. Malone. More than a year ago, I watched an interview of Dr. Malone in which he spoke about his terrible covid experience, long covid and his adverse reaction to the covid vaccine (I think it was Moderna). He mentioned that he had been infected with covid very early on---I think he said before there was "Delta". He mentioned that he had been in Wuhan. I wondered why he was there. He didn't say.
When they set up these ‘clinics’ to jab grammar school children across the country...
It was a watershed moment in medical bioethics in this country. Dr. Malone wrote a very good summary of the history of bioethics in May, 2021 in Trial Site News. It likely covered this reality:
Children are incapable of consent to a medical experiment. Ever.
So, we can look back to see who was trying to protect children from being experimented upon. for a medical problem they DO NOT HAVE.
Anyone equipped with the understanding of the ethical principles, as those with post doctoral work, anyone who has ever conducted research with human subjects, etc. would know of this principle.
Who was writing to defend the children? Look this up. Look back at the watershed YouTube videos of that month. Look at the pieces in Trial Site, Epoch Times, legacy media.
Marsha Fowler, the distinguished writer of the ANA Code of Ethics--to my knowledge was silent. I would love to be corrected on this point. She received a fellowship from the Kennedys to study this subject matter at Harvard. Similar to Dr Malone’s ethical training, I imagine. She is doing a lot of hard work academically to characterize nursing ethics which are distinct from biomedical ethics.
Sadly, nurses have had little to no academic leadership to frame ethical nursing conduct about COVID issues. I know not one PhD or DNP who has been working alongside colleagues Alexander, Breggin, et al. these last three years. There have been many stand-up nurses at the bedside; I’ve met phenomenal people these last three years. The British nurse who walked the streets of London in 2021 with her sandwich board did more fir the global nursing conversation about COVID than anyone. My comments here are not directed to staff nurses. I’m looking at the nurses holding the esteemed terminal doctoral degrees.
Despite that nurses have the greatest physical proximity to patients and ought to have had volumes to say/ write about bodily sovereignty and patient autonomy, there has been a hollowed silence from the halls of nursing academia.
The nightingale is said to still be singing. (Fowler). I disagree, I think the nightingale has nearly croaked, within academia. I’m afraid that I would place my profession in the same bucket Toby Rogers described the academic left today in his stack. We have lost our center; there has been a moral collapse from the inside of nursing leadership. If I’ve just ‘missed this’, and there is a lively conversation about COVID somewhere in the nursing literature, pls comment. I truly want to know.
I would be happy to debate anyone in nursing academia who wishes to publicly and scientifically defend any of the public health measures that the nursing profession has en masse complied with, and lent their support to institutionally. Dr Alexander is correct, in my opinion, that every single one of these measures failed. Denis Rancourt’s work shows that these measures were completely not necessary, and many died as a result.
I believe there are thousands of nurses with integrity who have walked away from the ‘Machine’ because they refused to be a cog in a death directed program.
Be very vigilant if you or a loved one must be hospitalized. Those nurses left at the bedside are often in one of several categories: a) they are young and not aware of the tectonic shifts that occurred as they were in school / emerging into practice, b) motivated by $ and working agency, c) they were at the bottom rung of nursing ethics in the first place and used to be in the minority--their influenced minimized by many outstanding colleagues-- but now they are in charge of things and their ‘ethics’ dominate,d) they belong to the great mass of deceived nurses who were mandated to participate in the largest human experiment ever; their gut told them it was wrong... but they denied their own bodily sovereignty against their better judgement. If they could not exercise good judgement for themselves; will they do so for you as a patient? Will they speak up for you when you have no voice?
If you are blessed to be cared for by a nurse who upholds your bodily sovereignty, upholds your dignity as a person made in God’s image--let them know what it meant to you to be cared for. We cannot measure this type of care. It has inestimable worth.

--that to proceed to mass inject children was criminal in nature
--and that these products would harm children
Think carefully, look back to this critical juncture in history. For me it was the moment that a ‘proverbial Mac truck’ was headed for the ‘children’s playground.’ To borrow from CS Lewis-- ‘the men with chests’ went running IMMEDIATELY towards the playground, shouting warnings, doing whatever they could to keep children from harm. ‘Men’ who stayed in their seats at that historical moment , imho, do not deserve a seat at the table now.
I fear for these individuals and families who are struggling and putting their lives on the line to challenge The System over covid "vaccine" injuries and deaths -- especially when they rely on someone like Dr. Robert Malone to lead their efforts.
Dr. Robert Malone sabotaged the Covid Response stage in early 2020 by using his influence to prevent ANY program of treatment with repurposed drugs or active clinical study as a response, assuring that the mRNA so-called "vaccines" and remdesivir would dominate.
How can Malone possibly be of any assistance to the victims of these damaging drugs? One can only expect further sabotage to result from Malone's presence in this delicate process.
In an atmosphere where the powers-that-be continue to classify the unvaccinated as a danger to society and the public health and seek to code and track them, we must acknowledge that this situation exists precisely because Malone took a large and successful role in making sure that "vaccination" was the ONLY Public Health response.
