"This is not the first time Redfield has been at the heart of a controversy over the government’s response to a virus epidemic. In the early 1990s, Redfield, then one of the Army’s top AIDS researchers, was at the center of a scandal over a purported HIV vaccine. Allegations that Redfield oversold data and cherry-picked results sparked an internal Army investigation into his work.

The Army ultimately did not charge Redfield with scientific misconduct. But interviews with former colleagues with direct knowledge of the investigation, and a review of internal documents suggest Redfield knew he was misrepresenting the data behind the vaccine, even as he publicly touted its results— an effort that ultimately helped garner millions in federal funds for further testing.

he operated just like NIH and Fauci with the deadly Remdesivir, kidney and liver toxic, NIH and Francis Collins and Fauci committed fraud they mocked up the protocol and made a secondary patient unimportant outcome and made it primary for the hard objective patient important outcomes failed...and there was massive harms...

Fauci et al. pretended the Wang et al. LANCET study showing Remdesivir failed and was harmful the same morning, did NOT exist....it on its own disqualified Remdesivir

Wow. Thanks for the follow up Dr. Paul. We could dig in even further and see Redfield bob and weave when even Fauci was trying to distance himself from Redfield, who Fauci excluded in ongoing patents and research and cut Redfield out of the money flow. For a while, Redfield re-surfaced as a critic but it was all a charade. He keeps coming back like a "bad penny."
