I don't know about that, at least doctors/medical professionals have the capacity for understanding. AI does not, if medical professionals are largely replaced by AI we get a completely crap form of health care, rather than the largely crap one we have already.

I've learned now never to argue with anyone on Substack. You may as well knock your head against a concrete wall with pieces of broken glass bottles jutting out.
I'll give you my observations about the medical industry:
1. Very few doctors give a shit.
2. Very few doctors are healers.
3. All doctors are excellent at is writing out the Rx.
4. Emergency surgery is the only possible life/possible fatal physical injury lifesaver.
5. My brother is a specialist physician. He has the bedside manner of a donkey and the patient care factor of Hanibal Lector.
6. If I needed someone to talk to, I'd rather pay a lawyer with a personality or a sense of humour.
7. If you really want to die, check yourself into a hospital for non emergency treatments.
8. If I had deep emotional pain, I'd go see a sex worker
9. I do not engage in AI. There is sufficient fake intelligence on Substack.
Was previously an RN/RM so have worked with and personally known many doctors, some are actually good people who think they are doing good, many are similar to your brother. Nearly all fail to do their due diligence hence they are still within the system. I have to agree with all your points except number 8 thereby showing my sense of humour is lacking at present.
