Remember the license! If doctors spoke out, told their patients that they themselves weren't taking shots, they'd soon have no patients to alert. There may have been many who were walking a tightrope--trying to get the message across while not laying themselves open to attack. I have to confess that having had to seek medical care in summers of '21 and '22, although the receiving nurse always asked if I was jabbed, neither the nurse nor the PA ever urged me to take the shot. And in '21 I was 71. In fact, last summer, that nurse actually replied to my negative reply with "I respect your choice". Have wondered if perhaps that was a subtle message.
