if you have a nebulizer (and you really should), you can nebulize a saline solution with 1% H2O2, a teaspoon once every hour when you're really sick. once you make the solution, you can store it in a glass jar in the fridge.

you can add a drop or two of the iodine and alternate that with colloidal silver.

it really works!

i nebulize the contents of a reduced glutathione capsule dissolved in a teaspoon of purified water everyday. since starting, i've been able to reduce my asthma medication from one puff every other day (the normal dose is 2 puffs a day so i was already taking less than the prescribed amount) to one puff every 3, 4 or even 5 days.

it's good to do something to actually repair and strengthen your lungs so you don't get sick in the first place

When in large gatherings indoors I alway use nasal rinses like X-Clear or povidone iodine. I haven’t been sick since I had covid 2 yrs ago.

XYLITOL: anti bacterial and anti viral. I spray Xlear on my throat for "issues". Stops a sore throat for me. The company behind Xlear is doing studies using xylitol for COVID:

Xlear Provides New Data to the Dept. Of Justice; Study Showing Nasal Spray Reduces COVID-19 Infections by 62% Published: Feb 27, 2023

First of all, I am 30 years over 50 and have no comorbidities and a BMI much less than that indicated. So is there a limb for me? And, I think we are at the point where IVM can be recommended at the early stages of any viral respiratory symptom disease at the levels I think are listed somewhere else on the FLCCC site. I need those items addressed and an open letter written regarding "standard protocols" for the use of IVM and HCQ so that I can have support for off-label use of these for this disease pattern attached to a bill I am submitting to the legislature. Please consider.

3 tablespoons in a liter of mouthwash was more convenient for the public.

As I recall, its an 18 fold dilution.

Its too much of a pain to prepare each time.

The public knows to take mouthwash.

However, since more of the virus was found in the nasal rather than oral cavity, my protocol was to pour a tiny amount into the cap of the mouthwash.

Then dip a cotton swab and place at back of each nostril. repeat a couple of times.

If a fine sprayer is available, that is another option.

I credit P-I for having a mild (2 1/2 day) case of the original Omicron BA.1

Fortunately I knew to follow protocol each day, so when symptoms began, I just increased the frequency.

Would have been less than 2 days, had I known to start taking generic Mucinex-DM to stop the phlegm/coughing symptom.

P-I protocol was probably enough, The hydroxychloroquine, invermectin, antibiotic was probably not needed with the Omicron variants.

@Dr. Paul Alexander THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU ARE DOING ACROSS THE BOARD❤️🙏🏼✝️🤗😘❤️

I have two questions-

👉Is the distilled, purified, or colloidal silver best in the nasal spray? I hope people understand not to use “tap water” when making nasal spray!

👉The vitamin C used in Dr. Zelenko’s was still just ascorbic acid and ascorbic acid (the powers that b.... changed the definition in the 50’s).... is not real vitamin c.... and will actually deplete you. I did not have a chance to reach Dr. Zelenko before he passed. Loved Appreciated him for his work in this field tho. ❤️

Please research this so maybe that part can help more. I can come back and post the two places I found it. Most doctors don’t know it when I ask. But it is shocking what the call ascorbic acid and call it vitamin c.

Love, hugs and prayers ❤️🙏🏼✝️🤗❤️

Ps- getting your book on payday❤️ Just saw you again on Dr. Jane Ruby’s from the email. Planning on that membership and the kits too! ❤️ THANK YOU❣️
