This ruling makes no sense; why not allow for daily testing? what about COVID-recovered status? Nurses have natural immunity developed over the last 2 years; natural immunity is superior to vax
I would now advise people to simply stay out of the hospital. Hospital care in the USA has bordered on complete negligence since I nursed in the 70’s. Since then, family members, who are nurses advised me how horrible things actually were on hospital floors. This scotus will be responsible for patient neglect to become the standard of care. Congratulations you idiots. Again, stay out of hospitals if you are able. They have just become even more dangerous.

SCOTUS is the epitome of this. There is no Oliver Wendell Holmes on the bench, nor will there be. It's all political. Just ask President Al Gore, who had about the shortest term in history and lost the election 5-4. Lawyers prescribing medical treatment is not exactly the best idea, especially with jackasses like Brett Cavanaugh on the bench.

They are hell bent on a mission to destroy the human race. First it was the virus followed by the lethal injections and then depriving folks of proven medications. And now, making sure people who're sick cannot receive treatment. How many medical professional TOOK these injections? There's always been a shortage of doctors - how long they too succumb to injury and or premature death. The writing is on the wall. It is so blindingly obvious.

Now we have the alternate situation. Thanks to ineptitude many of the highly skilled practitioners will not be available. And as those of us who worked in the back know, some of the most highly touted physicians are HODAD's (hands-of-death-and-destruction) who possessive better marketing than medical skills.

In all of these Wuhan Flu court cases judges have been citing "facts" that are neither legal facts nor facts that have been presented as evidence in court. e.g. judges are using statements they heard on CNN as evidence when making their decisions.
The medical system doesn't want heretics in the ranks. It's worth it to them to purge them all, so that the true believers are not corrupted. They don't care about them as people, at all.
