From what I know D-Dimer detects markers for microscopic clotting but I've heard that the gold standard for diagnosing Silent Myocarditis (or any Myocardiditis) is supposed to be a cardiac MRI. Today's cardiologists aren't used to having to detect Silent Myocarditis. Unless they know the truth about the mRNA Clot Shots I don't think those things are on their radar.
