Pair it down. You have good things to say, but you’re not being respectful of the number of posts you’re sending out. It’s just a free for all in constantly posting & slamming everyone’s inboxes. Please tone it down. I can’t spend hours daily sifting through my inbox with 6-8 posts a day from you alone. Just wanting you to be aware of this. Have a great day.
Lol. No one is forcing you to open e-mails sent to you as a courtesy to inform you and protect your health, well-being, and rights as a free citizen. Most of us APPRECIATE the volume of valuable information and personal insight we receive from Dr. Alexander.
I wholeheartedly agree. Even though we can quickly delete these messages, they do detract from Dr. Paul's main message and the valuable purpose of his substack.
When I see messages like this, my reaction is "Don't forget to ensure my annual subscription is not renewed!"
