Fauci: "somebody comes in, & they repeat their PCR, & it's like [a] 37 cycle threshold, but you almost never can culture virus from a 37 threshold cycle (Ct)."; so why did the CDC set it at Ct 40?
Fauci: "Over-sensitive tests can pick up just "dead nucleotides" rather than live virus"; In little noticed July interview, Fauci warned that widely used COVID tests may pick up 'dead' virus
"What is now sort of evolving into a bit of a standard," Fauci said, is that "if you get a cycle threshold of 35 or more ... the chances of it being replication-confident are minuscule."
"It's very frustrating for the patients as well as for the physicians," he continued, when "somebody comes in, and they repeat their PCR, and it's like [a] 37 cycle threshold, but you almost never can culture virus from a 37 threshold cycle."
"So, I think if somebody does come in with 37, 38, even 36, you got to say, you know, it's just dead nucleotides, period."

Blatant fraud regarding the RT-PCR testing. I've personally used PCR for DNA analysis during my undergrad at Ryerson University Toronto. Our biochemistry professor clearly emphasized that cycling should never exceed 25 cycles, or the result would be considered erroreneous with high false positive rates. This is also mentioned in Lehninger, Principles of Biochemistry textbook which is considered the "Bible" of biochemistry and taught in almost all Universities around the world...clearly says cycling 20-25 and the reasons are obvious to avoid false positives and fake results...
So why on earth did the WHO recommend 45 cycle amplification PCR for convid all throughout 2020 and which Public Health authorities adopted in Canada and then magically toned it down to 35 cycles overnight in January 2021 a few months after vaccine rollout?
This is scientific fraud and this should be at the core of all discussions and debate regarding convid.
It was as high as 45 here in Quebec. Probably still is. When asked about why it was so high, an academic here (this was in early 2021 maybe late 2020 I can't remember) said it doesn't matter. It's all how you interpret it. Uh-huh.
What a sad twist of fate the inventor of PCR Dr. Mullis died in 2019. Had he been alive, I would have LOVED to see his reaction to how the PCR is being used. He would have ripped and torn Christian Drosten a new one.
