I am quite certain that the vast majority of "sick" people these days are the ones who took the jabs. It's the jabs killing them (destroyed their immune systems) not any particular "virus." But they can give them a false-positive test and say it was whatever particle they want to blame it on in order to sell/mandate another type of vaccine, which they just happen to already have stocked up and ready for deployment.
