Fentanyl is a huge problem! I never even heard of narcan before now I see on the counter at every pharmacy.
I was told by someone in the know that there is enough fentanyl in our country alone to kill every person on this earth.
The ingredients are coming from China and made into fentanyl in Mexico then brought through our unsecured borders.
We need our borders secured asap!
