There's some more information on Shingrix in the paper at the first link Chief. Shingles vaccines were touted as offering protection against Alzheimers but the results of research appesr inconclusive. There's even been some suggestion that VZV infection may help to protect against Alzheimers.

Herpes zoster does not appear to increase dementia risk ― on the contrary, the viral infection may offer some protection, a large population-based study suggests.

"We were surprised by these results [and] the reasons for the decreased risk are unclear," study author Sigrun Alba Johannesdottir Schmidt, MD, PhD, with Aarhus University Hospital in Denmark, said in a news release.
