I am not even IN the field of biology or medicine, but as a parent of kids in public school who used to bring the kids to their annual visit, I can still see this. People need to figure out what they plan to do about upcoming flu shots and/or combo shots, for themselves and their children. Do they want to continue to be part of the experiment or not?
