              The missing evidence from the January 6, 2021 Capital uprising has now proven to be puzzling at best, and a criminal conspiracy at worst.  I fear it’s the worst.  Keep your eye on Congressman Jamie Raskin.  Study further what he did with a Capital Police officer to ‘steer’ the January 6^th narrative and the resulting incarceration of many innocent Americans, which remains a tragedy.

              January 6^th can be characterized in a few ways, BUT It was not a Trump insurrection. The crowd had no guns. There was no plan to overthrow the government.  Trump was not leading any attempt to stage an insurrection.  He was miles away asking the citizens to protest peacefully.  The White House at the time issued a public statement calling for calm.  So why was the ‘fake news’ saying Trump led an insurrection?   Why did the Colorado Supreme Court rule that Trump led an insurrection and mandated his name be removed from the Colorado ballot?  He was never charged or convicted of insurrection.  BUT, we still cannot get our hands on the January 6^th House Investigation Committee’s hearing records. WHY!?   

              What the Colorado Supreme Court has done is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!   Again, Trump was not charged or convicted for Insurrection under the 14^th Amendment.  TRUMP will win in 2024 now!  This requires an immediate Supreme Court review, overturning the stupidity of 4 Justices at the Colorado Supreme Court.  They justified their decision based on Article 3 of the 14th Amendment, which was written in 1868 to keep former Confederate officials from holding office!  This is a totally desperate last-ditch move to eliminate Trump.  Regardless, the 14^thAmendment does not specifically apply to the Presidency.  Biden boasts that Donald Trump cannot run for President because he’s an insurrectionist!  This is Biden’s last-ditch vitriol and is pure lunacy.  Recent revelations show the FBI was in the crowd of protestors manipulating behavior of Capital Police and citizens.  Trump was miles away.  Putting aside the lunacy of the left liberal bad behavior, the world now questions the merits of ‘Democracy’ and its value as a governance.  Tucker Carlson says, “the United States has lost its ability to lecture any other country about “Democracy”.”  He’s correct.

              The will of the voters has been quashed by the unelected Colorado judges that claim to have “rescued the country”, as if to suggest they know better than the voters, “the PEOPLE”.  To think Colorado Secretary of State Jenna Griswold can pontificate with her authoritarian Ivy League arrogance and claim the legal process is no longer necessary for the left to get its way, is treason!   This feckless 39-year-old liberal woman, with her rapid fire dictatorial impulse thinks court trials, judgements based on evidence, or jury verdicts, are no longer necessary.  Random fake news accusations made by Joe Scarborough, Nancy Pelosi and anyone in between, is now enough to remove a front runner from the Presidential race.  This Colorado Supreme Court decision is unprecedented.  The Supreme Court MUST overturn this decision immediately.  Doing otherwise insures a rebellion, an insurrection, or the worst, civil war.  Our Democracy is too strong to end this way.
